Solicitors in Dalby since 1899

Carvosso & Winship Solicitors was established in Dalby by Victor Drury in 1899. In 1930 Alan Carvosso joined the firm and in 1946 the firms name was changed to Carvosso & Winship following a merger with the legal practice of Fred Winship. It is one of the oldest continuing firms of Solicitors in Queensland and has a long history of advising local families and businesses. Today, the firm delivers the same client – focused service it has always done. Over its long history, the firm has acquired a depth of experience in rural, commercial, probate, local government and all general legal matters. The firm has numerous clients extended to the third and fourth generations of the same family.

Carvosso & Winship is a full service legal practice which currently has approximately 15 staff and Partners, the majority of whom have been with us since starting as trainees. We are small enough to provide a personalised and cost effective service but large enough to provide the services normally expected of large firms. Each of our solicitors will deal with your matter personally and will be available to address any question or query you may have.

At your first meeting your solicitor will explain the method of charging and may be able to give you an estimate of our fees and the length of your matter (if not you will receive this information in our first written communication). Some matters can be fully quoted in advance.
